What is Liability Insurance?
Liability Insurance offers protection against third party claims, which means that payment is maid to someone who suffers loss caused by an insured person. It helps protect you from being held responsible for physical or personal injuries to people while they are on your premises. Intentionally caused damage is not covered by Liability Insurance policies. Auto Liability insurance is required in all 50 states which protects you and others should you be in an automobile accident.

What is the Difference between Collision and Comprehensive Auto Insurance?
While many drivers obtain the lowest amount of insurance required by their state, many drivers on the road need to add collision and comprehensive auto insurance to their policy. Comprehensive auto insurance is recommended for all drivers, as it covers a wide range of situations-essentially everything which is not covered by collision insurance. Usually collision and comprehensive auto insurance are offered in a bundled package, although it is possible to purchase the two types of coverage separately. If you have your car financed at an institution typically both Comprehensive and Collision insurance are required.
Towing and Roadside Assistance – This is usually 24 hour coverage in the event of a mechanical or other problem with your vehicle, many insurances now offer this as part of your policy, but check it out, a lot of time there is an extra fee for this and if you already have it with your current vehicle then you dont need it.
Medical Coverage – This coverage provides coverage for injury medical payments to an insured driver and passengers in the event of a loss or injury, this can also be used to suppliment your current medical insurance in the event of an accident.
Rental Reimbursement – Should your current insured vehicle become undrivable, this type of insurance added to your policy will provide a limited amount of reimbursement for a rental car, this can vary from insurer to insurer on how many types, type of vehicle you are able to rent, so be sure to check out the fine print.
Uninsured Motorist Coverage – Uninsured motorist coverage kicks in when your insured vehicle with this coverage is damaged in an accident caused by an uninsured motorist, even though this is a law in most states to carry insurance, this will help you in the event they do not. It also provides coverage for bodily injury to the insured driver and passengers.
